Today I wanted to give you a step by step Advocare 24 Day Challenge Instructions guide that should help you to get the best results with your Advocare 24 Day Challenge.

Advocare 24 Day Challenge Instructions
Ok, lets jump right in to the Advocare 24 Day Challenge instructions.
To start with, if you have not yet ordered your Advocare 24 Day Challenge, you can do so by clicking the picture just above.
When you are inside the order area for the 24 day program you will have a couple of options that are very important, so lets cover those first.
The default setting for the Advocare 24 Day Challenge is the Max 3 MNS with the Mocha Meal Replacement Shakes. You may want to change this to the Desired MNS that you want, there are three to chose from Max E – which will focus on adding energy during days 11-24, Max C – to control appetite, and Max 3 for weight management, appetite control and overall wellness.
As far as the the meal replacement shakes, you can chose from mocha, chocolate, berry, non-dairy and vanilla. I personally think chocolate tastes the best but with vanilla you can add fruits to them and make them whatever flavor you want.
So to get vanilla meal replacement shakes and to chose the supplements that will control your appetite, you would select MNS Max C + Vanilla in the drop down menu before ordering.
The rest of the products in the 24 day challenge will stay the same:
- 1 Box of Herbal Cleanse- Citrus (for days 1-10)
- 1 Bottle of Advocare Omegaplex
- 1 Box of Advocare Spark Mandarine Orange
- 1 Box of Advocare Spark Fruit Punch
- 1 Box with the MNS your selected above(Max E, Max C, or Max 3)
- 1 Box of Meal Replacement Shakes (chocolate, mocha, berry, non-dairy, or vanilla)
Advocare 24 Day Challenge Instructions
So we now have our custom Advocare 24 day challenge ordered, its going to take a few days to get to you, in that time I recommend that you take a few minutes and write down why you are doing the challenge in the first place, whats your motivation?
It is your motivation that is going to get you through the rough spots, we all have a reason why we did or are doing the 24 day challenge, what’s yours?
Make a plan and set goals, check out my Advocare 24 Day Challenge Meal Plan, so that you can prepare to have the foods that you will need available, might be a good idea to sit and make a grocery list and meal plan of your own so that you are ready when the kit arrives.
Ok, great the package came and now you have the secret to looking and feeling better in your hands, you have you grocery list and meal plan ready, a few goals and motivation to keep you on track, now what?
First thing you should do is familiarize yourself with the products, know which products to take and when, you will want to follow the schedule that is provided inside the 24 day challenge instructions booklet that comes with your package so that you can get the best results from your challenge.
Begin Phase 1: Cleanse phase days 1- 10, in this phase you will cleansing your body of harmful toxins and getting your body primed to apsorb the maximum amount of vitamins and minerals that you will be adding once you get to phase 2.
A few notes on the cleanse phase:
- Drink the fiber drink in the morning with breakfast on days 1, 2, 3, and 8, 9, 10, make sure that you drink as soon as you mix the powder with water, if you let it sit or you try and sip the drink it will get very thick and hard to swallow.
- Water is critical throughout the challenge but especially during the cleanse phase where you are focusing on stripping your body of harmful toxins and washing them out of your body.
- You should be consuming 8-10 servings of vegetables and fruits each day during the cleanse phase.
- Avoid fried foods, table sugar, white processed starches, alcohol, sodas, butter, margarines, oils and high dietary fat foods.
- Your Advocare Spark will help with giving you energy and mental focus throughout the day.
Bring on phase 2: Max phase
When you ordered you selected one of three metabolic nutrition systems (MNS), the Max C (appetite control), Max E (energy) and Max 3 (weight management, appetite control and overall wellness).
This is the phase where the pounds really start to fly off.
The same rules apply that I covered above about the water and food recommendations but during the max phase you will enjoy a meal replacement shake each morning for breakfast instead of the fruit.
